FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: process is performed at ammonia excess with regard to carbon dioxide at increased temperature and pressure at two zones of synthesis using fresh and recirculating reagents. Reactors of the first and the second zone were worked at parallel regime, and fresh carbon dioxide and fresh ammonia in the mixture of high purity regenerated ammonia flow were added into the reactor of the first zone. The latter is isolated by distillation at the second stage of separation from the total flow of reaction products from both reactors. Fresh carbon dioxide and a mixture of by-side reaction products involving carbamate, ammonia, carbon dioxide and impurities were fed into reactor of the second zone of synthesis. Mixture is separated at the first stage of by-side reaction separation. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. 3 cl, 3 dwg
