SUBSTANCE: mixture for producing composite construction material comprising ground thermomechanically pre-treated second polyethyleneterephthalate - VPETF and secondary polypropylene - VPP, ethylene and vinylacetate copolymer and fine-disperse filler, characterized in that it comprises a modified copolymer Etathylene EVA-g-GMA, fine-disperse filler with the content of calcium and magnesium carbonates not less than 80%, and additionally - short-fiber chrysotile with the characteristic ratio of length to diameter 300-400, and is obtained by means of said thermomechanical treatment of VPETF with melting at 280°C, cooling the melt in water, drying at 80°C and grinding, with the subsequent melting at 210-240°C, introducing into the melt the crushed VPP at the ratio, by wt %: VPETF 73.7 and VPP 26.3, thereinafter said copolymer, filler and chrysotile at the following ratio, wt %: VPETF and VPP 19-38, filler 60-80 copolymer 1-2, chrysotile 0-3.5.

EFFECT: simplifying the production technology of mixtures and articles based thereon, reducing the temperature of technological processing of the mixture into the articles, improving the strength and operational indices of the articles, recycling the thermoplastic waste.
