FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to construction and can be used for production of construction material and articles from ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) wastes. Disclosed is a method of making construction material using wastes of thermoplastic EVA polymer ground and fractionated to particle size of less than 10 mm, at which EVA wastes before molding are mixed with liquid glue from polyurethane, obtained mixture is put into heated mold and subjected to molding by hot pressing. Also, tiles for pavements and floors are made, made in the form of a plate in the form of a given configuration with a front and sides and a base.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of power consumption for production of construction material and tiles for pavements and floors with simultaneous improvement of environmental situation due to recycling large-tonnage production wastes from EVA thermoplastic, higher operational characteristics, such as durability and resistance to wear, as well as flexibility and damping properties.
