FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing springs involves feeding and heating the wound material, winding the vertical mandrel, immersing the mandrel with the wound spring into the quenching bath, moving the mandrel with the wound spring through the quenching bath from the immersion place, removing the spring from the mandrel, provided that the time is combined with the other springs. After the spring removal from the mandrel, the spring is released in the specified direction by means of a spring removal mechanism from the mandrel in the form of a tray with hooks mounted on the drive shaft. To implement the method, an assembly is used for manufacturing springs, which are kinematically connected devices and assemblies.

EFFECT: increasing productivity of the manufacturing springs due to the time-aligned operations.
