SUBSTANCE: wireless device comprises a wireless interface, wherein the wireless interface is adapted to communicate with the wireless network, a processor and a permanent computer-readable device storing thereon, at least, one computer program, wherein the said, at least, one computer program is adapted, when executed by the processor, to prescribe the wireless device to: identify one or more frequency segments of the frequency resources, wherein the number of the frequency segments is dynamically configured based on the wireless network parameter, and each frequency segment comprises one or more control channel area, and each control channel area comprises a logical mapping of the resource units. The logical mapping of the resource units is rearranged on the plurality of the physical resource units, wherein the physical resource units are dispersed both in time and in frequency, so that, if one of the physical resource units is lost during transmission, the said control channel areas corresponding to the lost one of the plurality of the physical resource units, are defined based on one or more remaining physical resource units, to identify one of the said one or more control channel areas for transmitting the control channel information and to determine the control channel information based on the said logical mapping of the resource units.

EFFECT: increasing the control channel capacity, improving the control channel scalability, providing the interference eliminating coordination and reducing the control channel costs.
