FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: in the foam generator, the slotted nozzle is made combined and consists of two mutually perpendecular rectangular parallelepipeds with throttling through holes of rectangular cross section connected to the housing cavity. A flow divider is rigidly connected to a circular plate with a slotted nozzle attached to it, which is axisymmetrically connected to the branch pipe. The divider is made in the form of a diffuser and a cylindrical shell connected in series, separated by a perforated disk installed perpendicular to the divider axis. A riund mesh element is installed in the outlet section of the cylindrical shell.

EFFECT: increased effectiveness of fire extinguishing by increasing the range of the gas-droplet jet and expanded area of the gas-droplet jet.
