FIELD: engine devices and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: system contains a rigid support frame and vibration isolators connecting the frame to the base. The engine and diesel generator are fixed to the support frame through the vibration absorbing gaskets. The support frame is connected to four vibration isolators, which are fixed to the ship bulkhead. The bulkhead is connected to the support frame by means of two resilient damping elements, made in the form of a rubberized cable. The base of vibration isolators is connected to the ship bulkhead through the vibration absorbing element by means of fastening elements. A vibration isolator contains a base, elastic mesh elements, upper and lower pressure washers. The base is located in the middle part of the vibration isolator and is made in the form of a plate with fastening holes. The elastic mesh elements are rigidly connected to the base by means of support rings. In the upper and lower elastic mesh elements, a dry friction damper is axially symmetrically disposed in the center. The damper is made in the form of a pressure washer, rigidly connected to a centrally located ring, covered by a coaxially located ring rigidly connected to the base.
EFFECT: increased effectiveness of vibration insulation and simplified design.
