FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Vibration isolator comprises a base in the form of a plate with fixing holes, a cover and an elastic element disposed there between. On the base, a support element is fixed through the intermediate vibration dampening element of polyurethane. Elastic element consists of a cylindrical mesh elastic-damping element, enclosed by a cylindrical helical spring. Mesh element is rests with the lower part on the support element of the base, and with the upper part – fixed on the cover. Spring rests against the base, covering its support element, and is fixed on the cover. Spring coils are covered with polyurethane. Spring contains body made out of helical hollow steel tube. Additional resilient steel tube is installed inside the casing coaxially with a gap. Friction element is placed in the gap between the tubes having higher thermal expansion coefficient as compared to steel. Surfaces of the casing and the additional resilient steel tube touch the surfaces of the friction elements. Screw solid resilient pin is set coaxially to the casing. Friction element is made in the form of a granular fill made of sintered copper-based friction material.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
