FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Vibration isolator comprises the body including the base with the cover. In the body there is a package of serially connected disk elastic elements, the inner surface of which interacts with a bushing located coaxially with them. One end of the bushing is rigidly fixed in the base, and the other - interacts with the inner surface of the lid. Between the end of the sleeve and the bottom of the cover there is a gap in which a buffer device is installed in the form of a damping washer mesh bag. Elastic elements of the mesh bag are made of a combination of a mesh frame filled with polyurethane. Stem of the resiliently damping material is located in the central part of the bag with gaps in the upper and lower mesh elastic members. In its middle part the rod is rigidly fixed in the central plate, on which the supporting rings are fixed. Upper and lower mesh elastic members are respectively connected to the upper cover and the lower pressure plate and to the central plate. Base is rigidly connected by means of an adhesive joint with an elastic damping plate, by means of which the vibration isolator is mounted on the foundation of the object to be protected.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
