FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: to determine the biological object impedance components, the biological object is exposed to stabilised current I pulse and voltage measurement u. At time t after the current pulse beginning, resistance R and equivalent capacity C of biological object tissues are determined as the biological object impedance components. In addition, current I and flux g are measured at the same time. The impedance components are determined by three impulse dynamic characteristics (IDC): voltage IDC u(t),current IDC i(t), flow IDC g(t) based on which the IDC parameters are recorded: the steady-state voltage E and the time constant T= -i/g, as well as the stabilised current I and the flow G as ratios I=E/T and G -I/T. The parameters are used to calculate the active resistance R=E/I and the equivalent capacitance C=T/R of the biological object tissues.
EFFECT: method increases accuracy and efficiency of biological object complex resistance components measurement by eliminating methodological and dynamic errors.
