METHOD FOR CLASSIFYING BIOLOGICAL OBJECTS BASED ON MULTIDIMENSIONAL BIOIMPEDANCE ANALYSIS AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61B5/53

Abstract RU 2752594 C1

FIELD: medical diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical diagnostics, namely, to methods for classifying data obtained as a result of bioimpedance research. Electrodes are applied to the studied segment of a biological object. Multi-frequency probing of the biological object is carried out to obtain Cole graphs, and construction of a model of the segment of the biological object in the form of passive two-poles is carried out. Classification of obtained data is carried out according to the calculated parameters of two-poles. Electrodes in a matrix of N electrodes are switched sequentially in pairs using multiplexers in such a way as to obtain N/2 electrode pairs, each of which corresponds to N/2 geometric directions of the electric field in biomaterial. For each of the directions, a Cole graph of biomaterial is constructed under the corresponding electrodes in the range of probing frequencies. For each direction of the electric field, a Woyt model of biomaterial is constructed by means of a recursive procedure for solving systems of nonlinear equations obtained based on graphs to determine the parameters of the model.

EFFECT: improving accuracy and efficiency of classification are achieved.
