SUBSTANCE: flow regulating device is claimed, consisting of a housing comprising a wall creating a chamber, a housing wall containing the input in the fluid medium exchange with the chamber, the working output comprising an output working fliw area in fluid medium exchange with the chamber, and the drain release containing non-overlap drainage flow area in fluid medium exchange with the chamber. The flow control device comprises a flow control unit adapted to selectively overlap the drain output, wherein the adjusting unit, being in the second position, at least partially overlaps the drain outlet for forming the second drain flow area, and in the first position the adjusting unit overlaps the drain release less than in the second position, creating the first drainage flow area which is greater than the second drainage flow area.

EFFECT: invention allows to adjust the fluid medium flow.
