FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: one-way valve is designed with a possibility to connect a receiving chamber of a fluid medium in fluid communication with a chamber such as a dilution chamber or a mixing chamber, , for dilution or mixing of a perishable food product, such as a dairy product or a chocolate product, and forming a seal impermeable for the fluid medium between them. The mentioned valve comprises a relatively rigid valve seat and a relatively flexible valve element, overlapping the valve seat and forming an axially elongated normally closed opening of the valve between them, defining an inlet at one end of the valve seat, release at the opposite end of the valve seat and axially extending the seal between them, which forms the seal impermeable for the fluid medium between the inlet and outlet of the normally closed opening of the valve. The axially extending valve body is located at a distance relative to the valve element and forms a space between them, capable for moving through it the fluid medium for cleaning the valve and the chamber, receiving the fluid medium.
