FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to manual apparatus for delivering therapeutic gas to the patient. The apparatus comprises: a syringe body with an outlet branch pipe; a piston configured to slide in the syringe body and, together with the syringe body, defining a first chamber inside the syringe body; a second chamber located in at least one of the syringe body and the piston. The second chamber therein comprises: an internal volume containing at least a first fluid at a concentration different from the concentration in the atmospheric air and under a pressure exceeding the pressure of the ambient atmospheric air, a hole at the first end of the second chamber; and a valve mechanism located adjacent to the first end, wherein the valve mechanism is configured to seal the hole; a channel and a gap between the second chamber and the first chamber; an activation system functionally connected with the second chamber, wherein the activation system is configured to ensure the release of the first fluid from the second chamber into the first chamber through the channel; an adjustable volume limiter configured to limit the movement of the piston between several user-selected positions corresponding to the several volumes of the first chamber; a filter with a first end connected with the outlet branch pipe of the syringe body, a second end with a filter hole, and a filtering element located between the first end and the second end; and a flow limiter connected with filter hole, with a limiter hole smaller than the filter hole, configured to limit the flow of fluid from the first chamber through the filter hole so that the first fluid from the second chamber is moved from the second chamber through the valve mechanism located adjacent to the first end of the second chamber, through the first chamber, through the first end of the filter, through the filter, through the second end of the filter with the filter hole, and then through the flow limiter hole to the outside from the assembled manual apparatus for gas injection. The flow limiter is therein configured to create a counterpressure against the flow of the fluid from the first chamber, expanding the first chamber to the desired volume corresponding to the user-selected position of the volume limiter.
EFFECT: ensured delivery of theurapetic gas to the patient.
