SUBSTANCE: dispensing cover (1) comprises a body (2) adapted to be attached to the container, and a hinged cap (3) attached to the body by means of a hinge. A protective strip (4) is installed inside the perimeter of the casing, which acts as an indicator of opening and is attached to the casing by means of brittle connecting points located in given places (41, 42). A security strip is shown or may be brought into contact with at least one locking member (35) present in the cap skirt portion (33). As a result, the cap can be swung into the opening position only when the protective strip is finally removed. The casing and the cap in the closing position form a recess (30) into which the protective strip is drowned. The depth and length of the recess substantially correspond to the height and length of the protective strip, and only a small gap is left between the outer contour of the recess and the protective strip, so that the edges of the strip are substantially inaccessible. The housing has a hole (24) adjacent to the recess and allows the user, during the first opening of the lid, to press the finger on the protective strip from below and lift it together with the hinged cap in one move.
