It is about providing the torque transmission to the wheels by electric machine when it is below the speed threshold, whereas the drive is on for the additional charge at a time when the driver steps on the pedal of a foot-throttle. And the wheels are disengaged from the explosion engine and from the electrical machine when the driver does not step on the pedal of a foot-throttle for the purpose of the battery additional charge.
