FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: production method of rocky or ceramic substrates includes the following steps: preparing the base mixture in the mixer, containing at least one the first mineral filler from quartz, silica or quartz sand with dimensions in the range 0.063-0.6 mm and micronized powder with inorganic fillers; mixing of the mentioned mixture; preparation of the base resin, selected from polyurethane, polyester, epoxide or acrylic resin; adding of the mentioned resin to the mentioned base mixture with a catalyst, additives for the mentioned resin and optionally pigments, and then mixing it in the indicated mixer to obtain the subsequent mixture; creating the vacuum, acting on the mentioned subsequent mixture inside the mentioned mixer; applying of the obtained semi-liquid mixture layer to the substrate and retaining on it; vibration of the substrate to displace the larger mineral filler to the bottom; acceleration of the subsequent mixture curing by supplying or generating the heat, at that the mentioned subsequent mixture is fixed at the substrate; the finishing of the mentioned coating by machining process.

EFFECT: possibility to use the damaged slabs from marble agglomerate, waste recycling, reduction of the coating thickness, obtain the hardness and chemical resistance of the surface with coating comparable to quartz, the reduction of production costs.
