FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of finishing materials, namely, materials imitating natural stone, and can be used for finishing walls, floors and facades of any buildings. Method involves filling concrete mixer of white crumbs of marble, or dolomite, or quartz, adding dye-based pigments based on iron oxide in amount of 0.1–3 wt%, mixing. Thereafter, 16.5 wt% Novopol styrene-acrylic dispersion is added to the mixture. Vapor is evaporated by means of a heat gun for dye fixation. Then the produced colored crumbs are placed into the cartridge-container to form a pattern. Then, cartridge-container is opened and by means of spray gun adhesive composition is sputtered onto formed pattern from mixture of glue based on polyvinyl acetate (PVA adhesive), styrene-acrylic dispersion, dioactyl adipate, wherein the glass fabric or isospan of the required size is cut and the said adhesive composition is also applied on the cut piece of glass fabric or isospan by means of the roller. After that said piece of glass fabric or isospan is placed in cartridge-container on preliminarily embedded in it for formation of pattern colored crumb and pressed from above by another roller for sticking glass fabric on pattern. Then produced workpiece is sent for drying, and after drying edges are cut off.
EFFECT: increased elasticity of material at low thickness.
