FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a frame mounted on the guides with brackets, rigidly fixed on it, a U-shaped elastic cantilever element hingedly connected to the frame, a base pivotally connected to the U-shaped elastic cantilever element, a holder connected to the base with a working member, and horizontal thrusts with strain gauges installed on them, recording the components of the cutting forces. In this case, the thrust registering the horizontal component of the cutting force is made in the form of a rod, is installed along the longitudinal axis of the stand and is pivotally fixed with one end in the frame's brackets, and with another end with is fixed the base. The thrust registering the lateral component of the cutting force is made in a form of a rod and is installed perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the stand and is pivotally fixed with one end into frame brackets and with another end to the base. The thrust registering the vertical component of the cutting force and pivotally connecting the frame with the U-shaped elastic cantilever element is made in the form of a shaft with a longitudinal hole along its entire length and is installed parallel to the longitudinal axis of the stand in the frame's brackets. Between the base and the holder with an operating element, a U-shaped spring is additionally installed, one flat wall of which is rigidly fixed to the lower part of the base, and a holder for mounting working cutting members is attached to another flat wall. Inside the U-shaped spring, a vibrator is additionally mounted and fixed to create reciprocating pulses in the vertical plane and a vibration recording device associated with the computer to which strain gauges are also connected.

EFFECT: possibility of carrying out studies of vibrating working members, increasing the accuracy of measuring the components of cutting forces and monitoring the load parameters.
