FIELD: pharmacology.

SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining of an extract from Cladonia lichen with bactericidal properties include purification of lichen from mechanical impurities, grinding of lichen thallus, infusion with sodium carbonate, solution boiling, filtration, while the powdered state lichen is poured by 10-fold volume of 96% ethyl alcohol with respect to the weight and boiled for 1 hour, after which the resulting solution is cooled and covered with ground sodium carbonate in an amount equal to the amount of crushed lichen mass, then the solution is kept for 5 hours at a temperature of 5-7°C, after infusion, the solution is heated to boiling and filtered hot.

EFFECT: method is exhaustive and allows to obtain an extract with high bactericidal properties.
