SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to study near and far space objects (location and movement of radio sources (RS) in space, placed on various carriers: spacecraft, aircraft, missiles, etc., satellites of global navigation system GLONASS and geostationary AES-transponders used in duplex method of comparing remote time scales, celestial bodies, planets, meteorites, asteroids, etc.) with the use of very long baseline interferometer (VLBI). The system, that implements the method, consists of three radio telescopes, two receivers, communication lines, an information processing center, three phase doublers, three phase dividers into two, three narrowband filters, three phase meters, a computer, three correlators, three adjustable delay blocks, three multipliers, three low-pass filter, three extreme regulators, an azimuth indicator, an elevation angle indicator, and an orientation angle indicator that are connected in a certain way.

EFFECT: expansion of functionality through the accurate and unambiguous determination of location and movement of near and far space objects in space using very long baseline interferometers.
