FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing 3D/vario images on a transparent glass involves the use of a lenticular raster and a substrate with the encoded image placed on it, a self-adhesive film with a lens profile is used as the lenticular raster, which is placed on the glass, the coded image substrate is placed in the supports opposite the lenticular raster and an air gap with respect thereto, after the substrate is mounted in the supports for obtaining a high-quality image, the coded image of the lenticular raster lenses is positioned. To adjust the sharpness of the image by axial movement of the substrate in the supports, the amount of the air gap is adjusted, the position of the image relative to the raster is adjusted by angular movement of the substrate by means of an eccentric mounting element of one of the supports, and the phase is adjusted by moving the substrate perpendicular to the lenses of the lens raster. The device for producing 3D/vario images on a transparent glass contains a lenticular raster and a substrate with the coded image placed on it, the lenticular raster is a self-adhesive film with a lens profile glued to the glass, the coded image substrate is placed opposite the lenticular raster and with an air gap with respect thereto. The device is equipped with upper and lower supports, each of the supports is in the form of a supporting element, on which a mounting element is placed intended for mounting the substrate. The mounting elements of the supports have the possibility of independent adjustment movement relative to the supporting element for adjusting the axial and angular position of the substrate relative to the lenticular raster.
EFFECT: improving image quality.
