SUBSTANCE: method for preparation of a sterile lyophilized drug based on the sodium salt of 5-amino-2,3-dihydrophthalazine-1,4-dione by processing an non-aqueous and/or double-aqueous non-sterile 5-amino-2,3-dihydrophthalazine-1,4-dione sodium salt is characterized by processing of an intermediate product of 5-amino-2,3-dihydrophthalazine-1,4-dione to obtain its sodium salt by dilution in an aqueous organic alkaline solution, such that the non-aqueous and/or double-aqueous substance of the 5-Amino-2,3-dihydrophthalazine-1,4-dione sodium salt is obtained by crystallisation at a temperature of minus 5-7°C from an aqueous organic solution of the 5-amino-2,3-dihydrophthalazine-1,4-dione sodium salt, after which a sterile lyophilized drug is obtained from the substance.

EFFECT: obtained drugs influence the immune system and have immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, antitumor and antioxidant effects.
