FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: raw materials represented by remains of dead animals and birds, as well as slaughter waste, are crushed in a crusher to a fine fraction with the particle size of 4-6 mm, then placed in a centrifuge for defatting. They are subjected to heat treatment in a vacuum boiler for 2-2.5 hours with the coolant temperature of up to 145°C, dried to the humidity of 24-25%, and then subjected to the extrusion process at the temperature of 300-700°C and the pressure of 1.8-2.0 MPa. The resulting product is crushed to the fraction with the particle size of up to 1 mm.
EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to obtain a product with a low fat content, high protein content and high digestibility.
