FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: cuttings are cut, soaked in an aqueous medium and coated with an antitranspirant. 3-4 days before planting, the cuttings with the length of 35-40 cm are soaked in the horizontal position in a container with the aqueous medium and held for no more than 48 hours. The cuttings are planted in the nursery garden mulched with opaque film. The mixture of electrochemically activated catholyte water with the pH of 10.0 and tap water taken at the ratio of 1:5 is used as the aqueous medium.
EFFECT: formation of a more developed root system in the planting material, which allows increasing the yield and quality of the root-bearing seedlings of grapes.
