SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to plant growing, horticulture and viticulture. Method includes growing seedlings on glauconite at a temperature of 25 °C and humidity 90÷95 %. In this case, pre-plant preparation of root-bearing cuttings, checking of their quality and refreshing of lower cuttings are carried out. When harvesting the cuttings in autumn, cutting off under the node without refreshing of the basal part is carried out in spring. Process of growing seedlings is carried out under conditions of artificial fog, formed by water vapor containing 0.1 % Albit solution at a temperature of 20÷25 °C. After the formation of callus, the temperature of the vapor is raised to 45÷50 °C and held for 10 minutes while simultaneously warming the basal part of the cuttings on the glauconite layer.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce labor intensity of the process and increase the environment security.
