FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multistage borehole pump. The pump includes a housing 1, a drive shaft 2, rotor 3, the elastic blade 4 and 5 metal rings rigidly connected to the housing 1. Inside the opening of each ring 5 is one of the rotors 3 and 4 blades mounted radially rigidly associated with the ring 5. Each pair of the rotor 3 and the ring 5 is provided with wheels 6, 7, rigidly connected to the rotor shaft 3 and 2 and installed at both ends of the rotor 3. Each disc 6, 7, 8, a through hole 9 located in the area of the blades 4. The openings 8, 9 in the discs 6, 7 on either side of the rotor 3 are arranged diametrically opposite. Each rotor 3 is designed as a cam or single or multi-cam. The rotors 3 are rigidly connected to the shaft 2 and set in different directions in relation to the most remote point from the rotation axis. Each rotor 3 is configured such that the closest point to the axis of the rotor 3 in contact with the blades 4, without deforming them. The distance between the rotor 3 points, most distant from the rotor axis 3 and cooperating with the blades 4 and the closest axis of the rotor 3 is equal to 1/4-1/3 the length of blade 4.
EFFECT: elimination of jamming of the blades, increasing the reliability and durability of the device.
