FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions belongs to the field of aircraft engine building. Oil aggregate contains a pumping pump in the body and a discharge pump with a common drive and driven shaft provided with a relief valve. On the shafts, two pairs of gear-centrifugal impellers of the corresponding pumps are installed with a centrifugal oil supply with a pre-activated impeller to the gear rims of the gears and volumetric displacement of the pumped medium from the interdental depressions of the interacting gear rims of the gear wheels of the impellers. Torque from the starter motor and / or the high-pressure rotor shaft of the motor is transferred to the driving drive shaft of the pump. Mounted on the shaft, the impeller transmits the rotational energy to the driven impeller located in the gear engagement with it, mounted on the second driven shaft of the pump. At the same time, the drive shaft of the oil unit is provided with a driven impeller of the discharge pump, which is freely mounted on the shaft. Second shaft of the discharge pump with a fixed impeller located on the shaft receives the torque from the first shaft through the gear wheel of the impeller pump impellers and then transmits to the gear wheel engaged in the gear wheel with it a driven impeller. Displacement of the pumped medium from the interdental cavity of each of the interacting gears in the corresponding pump is produced in the angular sector of rotation of the gears, determined by half the angle, formed by the radii of the gears from the point of intersection of the conventional cylindrical surfaces describing the vertexes of the teeth of the gear rims to the output point of intersection of the conventional cylindrical surfaces along the rotation of the gears. Angular sector of the subsequent thinning in the depression, which is released from the pumped medium, is equal to the angle of displacement.

EFFECT: increase in efficiency, resource and reliability of the oil-lubricating system operation of oil lubrication of loaded engine components.
