SUBSTANCE: voice transmitter is used in which the carrier frequency signal of the voice transmitter is modulated, amplified by the modulated signal and transmitted to the radio, and the receiving side receives the modulated signal and demodulates it to receive messages, an auxiliary sinusoidal signal is generated at the transmitting side with a frequency within the range of modulating frequencies used by the voice transmitter, the mentioned auxiliary sinusoidal signal is pre-modulated in series with the message signals, for the formation of which a frequency band substantially narrower than the modulation frequency band of the voice transmitter is used, on the receiving side, reception is performed at a frequency associated with a linear conversion of the carrier frequency of the voice communication transmitter and the frequency of the auxiliary sinusoidal signal, the received signal is filtered in a band defined by a band frequencies of the auxiliary sinusoidal signal, and demodulation of the received signal is performed in accordance with the selected modulation of the auxiliary sinusoidal signal.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the transmission of alarm messages.
