SUBSTANCE: device contains a cylindrical body with a sealed module with an intelligent unit on the one side, on the other side there is a base with a mixing chamber, having a controlled valve and outlet channel communicating with the mixing chamber. The intelligent unit is connected by an electrical conductor in an insulating jacket located in a sealed tube with the controlled valve. The inner cavity of the cylindrical body is sealed with the possibility of filling with formation fluid and chemical reagent and is hermetically divided by the piston. Sealed pipe is a guide for the piston and is located along the axis of the cylindrical body. A chemical reagent filling channel with a valve is additionally provided at the bottom of the dispenser. The solenoid valve, which can be opened/closed by the control signal, is installed as a controlled valve. The solenoid valve is installed in the output channel. The intelligent unit is connected to the zero wire of the three-phase electric drive of the submersible pump.

EFFECT: useful volume of the chemical reagent increases.
