FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a cylindrical body. On one side of the body there is a sealed module with an intelligent unit. On the other side of the body there is a base with a mixing chamber, having a controlled valve, inlet and outlet channels communicating with the mixing chamber. The intelligent unit is connected by an electrical conductor in an insulating jacket located in a sealed tube with the controlled valve, and the sealed module consists of a nipple and a flange connected by the body. Two channels are provided in the nipple of the sealed module. One temperature sensor is hermetically sealed in one channel. A pressure sensor is hermetically sealed in the other channel. A temperature sensor of the submersible motor is mounted in the flange of the sealed module. These sensors are electrically connected to the intelligent unit. The intelligent unit is equipped with a function to monitor the insulation resistance and temperature of the motor winding by connecting to the winding of the motor through a neutral wire.
EFFECT: reliability of the downhole chemical reagent dosing unit is increased.
