FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a cylindrical body with a sealed module and a smart box on the one side, on the other side there is a base with a mixing chamber with control valve and an outlet channel communicating with the mixing chamber. The smart box is in insulating jacket connected therewith electrical conductor located in a sealed tube with control valve. The inner cavity of the cylindrical body is sealed with the possibility for filling with formation fluid and chemical reagent and is air-tightly divided by the piston. The sealed pipe is a guide for the piston and located along the axis of the cylindrical body. A filling channel with a valve for chemical reagent is additionally provided at the bottom of the dosing unit. A solenoid valve which can be opened/closed by the control signal is installed as control valve. The solenoid valve is installed in the output channel. The dosing unit additionally comprises a compensator located in the body cavity filled with formation fluid. The internal cavity of the compensator is connected to the cavity of the sealed tank by means of a channel designed in the nipple of the sealed tank. The smart box is connected to the zero wire of the three-phase electric drive of the submersible pump.
EFFECT: reliability of the structure is increased.
