FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: dispenser comprises a substantially horizontally arranged collecting tray, which has a central passage opening for gas and through openings for the liquid, disposed around the central opening, a swirler disposed above the collecting tray around the central opening and having vanes defining a flow direction of twist and arranged to imparting rotary motion of the gas, which passes through the central opening so that gas is exhausted from the central opening in the form of vortex swirling in the swirl direction around a vertical axis swirls, one or more ejection nozzles arranged above the collecting tray and intended for the ejection, in the direction of ejection of the cooling fluid into the gas before the gas entrance into the swirler, wherein ejection direction is represented in an orthogonal system of three ejection vectors including a radial ejection vector extending perpendicular to the swirl axis, an axial ejection vector extending parallel to the swirl axis and a tangential ejection vector tangential to the swirl axis, the ejection nozzle being oriented so, that the tangential ejection vector of the ejection direction of the ejected cooling fluid is directed opposite to the direction of the vortex.

EFFECT: effectively uniform distribution of liquid and gas in the reactor.
