FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems and device for contact and distribution of multiphase fluids. Distributor for reactor comprises nozzle tray, multiple channels secured and extending vertically from nozzle tray top surface and fluid distribution nozzle arranged in every channel. Note here that every channel has exposed near end, exposed far end and wall that makes a cylindrical chamber and has a side opening. Nozzle comprises case with near part, mid part and far part. Note here that said near part makes a cylindrical near cavity and includes a gas inlet to feed gas to near part. Said mid part makes a cylindrical mid cavity connected with near cavity. Far part includes case wall and fluid inlet to allow fluid flow to far part. Far part makes a cylindrical far cavity. Note here that fluid inlet is located tangentially to far part inner surface.
EFFECT: better mixing and distribution, simplified servicing, assembly and disassembly.
