FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be most effectively used in cooling towers, scrubbers and other contact devices of ejection type. Nozzle, comprising hemispherical nozzle with threaded shank end and helmet-like disperser with confusingly nozzle opening, changing into diffuser funnel, interconnected by threaded pair, form a housing, inside which a swirler is located, characterized in that the swirler consists of a fairing in the central part, having on the side of the threaded shank end a hemispherical shape, changing into a cylinder, and on the side of the nozzle hole – hollow of a hemispherical shape with a conical projection on the axis, and guide apparatus on the periphery of the fairing cylindrical part, which is a system of cantilever arched blades, which conditionally divides the entire flow part of the nozzle into a distribution chamber and a vortex chamber, wherein the walls forming the distribution chamber in the volume of the nozzle are smooth, and surfaces of dispersant from inside and blades at outlet of guide apparatus, forming vortex chamber, have multiple hemispherical protrusions of different value.
EFFECT: increased flow rate of liquid through the nozzle at simultaneous reduction of operating pressure, as well as increased ejection capacity of the flame.
