SUBSTANCE: method of provision of segmented network (1) subscribers with IP addresses with several sub-networks (111) which are correspondingly connected to their bridging network (101) via a router (112) of the sub-network. The common range is determined decentrally by the sub-network routers (112) through the exchange of router messages distributed by the bridging network (101), and inside the range IP-addresses are established for network subscribers.
EFFECT: increase data transfer rate in the network.
