FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by applying the method of interacting the bus subscribers exchanging messages via the bus. In this case, the method steps involve: accessing the bus to transmit any message according to the arbitration method corresponding to the standard ISO 11898-1 to the controller area network (CAN); the messages have a logical structure of the CAN standard; if there is a filling condition, additional bits are inserted into the message between the transmitted data bits; at the beginning of the message, in addition to calculating the contents of the CRC field, the calculation of one other CRC sequence is started by a generator polynomial different from the standard to the CAN protocol; depending on the corresponding label (EDL), it is decided, which of the parallel started calculations of the CRC field contents is used to verify correct data transmission; for the values of the given tag, an additional condition is checked, whereby the sequence of the fixed complementary bits is inserted by the transmitter in the separate message parts.

EFFECT: serial data transmission in the bus system.
