SUBSTANCE: preliminary degassing method of undeveloped and developed coal beds through holes drilled in rock failure cavities includes hole drilling in scheduled rock failure cavities in mine, followed by casing with steel columns with process holes and cementing below the aquifer level; casing the holes with perforated fiberglass columns below the casing metal pipe; plasma-pulse wide-band regular impact on non-operational coal beds; plasma-pulse wide-band regular impact on gas-bearing non-operational accompanying beds; plasma-pulse wide-band regular impact on overlaying permeable explosive rocks; removal of clean methane through annular space of the hole from operational bed, accompanying bed and overlaying permeable explosive ground.
EFFECT: decreased coal bed degassing time, decreased safety when degassing coal beds and increased efficiency of coal bed degassing.
