METHOD FOR ESTIMATION OF BONE FRACTURES REPOSITION PRESERVATION Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61B6/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: preservation of bone fractures reposition is estimated with osteosynthesis of damaged bones: the tibia in the anteroposterior projection, the radial bone in the anteroposterior and lateral projections, and the foot in the lateral projection. Geometric constructions are performed on roentgenograms to determine the following angles: femoral-tibial and plateau-diaphysial angles; angles of radial incision and articular facet of the radius; calcaneal-angled corner and angle of the posterior articular facet of the calcaneus. Then, the obtained angles are measured after the operation: three, six, twelve and twenty four months after the operation. The absolute values of the angles obtained are calculated using mathematical expressions. After that, an estimate is made by comparing the difference in the absolute values of the angles mentioned.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows to perform measurements of the articular surface of the tibia, radius and calcaneus plateau reached during the repositioning operation by finding the desired parameter of the relationship between the measured values and establishing absolute values to estimate reposition preservation.
