FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fluid pressure reduction unit for driving the liquid contained in the vessel under pressure into contact with the environment. Said unit comprises: (a) the first semi body containing the contact surface and the first groove extending over said contact surface; (B) the elastic resilient sealing element comprising the lower layer covering the bottom of said first groove, and (c) the second semi body comprising the contact surface, and the first and the second opposing walls extending from said contact surface and determining the second groove. The contact surface of said second semi body is connected to the contact surface of said first semi body, thereby determining a sealed channel. Said channel is not direct, and/or has the cross section varying along its length.

EFFECT: gradual reduction of said fluid pressure in the process of bottling.
