FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: combined radial support comprises a bearing housing (1), in whose grooves are installed petals (2), surrounding the sleeve (3) mounted on the rotor pin (4). On the inner surface of the rotor pin (4), an annular projection (5) is formed, into the end face of which the ring (6), mounted inside the rotor pin (4) and adjacent to its inner surface. On the ring (6), levers (7) are spaced uniformly along the circumference of the axis of rotation of the rotor pin (4), which are pivotally connected to the response arms (8) pivotally mounted on the return ring (9) located inside the rotor pin (4) and conjugate with its inner surface. The movable sleeve (9) is pressed against the end face (10) of the counter ring (11), which is pressed from the back side (12) by an axial spring (13), axially limited by a nut (14) fixed to the outer surface of the rotor pin (4). The inner surface of the movable bushing (11) is conical and in contact with the reciprocating conical surface of the ball bearing housing (15) whose inner ring is mounted on the inner casing (16) mechanically connected by the lid (17) to the bearing housing (1). The ball bearing (15) is sealed with seals (18) containing grease.
EFFECT: increase the life of the support, reduce heat generation and ensure transportation of the turbomachine without damaging the petal gas dynamic bearing.
