FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: connecting element comprises of a tubular portion, flange portion, rivetable portion to be deformed, the first connecting part, made of metal, and the second connecting part, made of metal. The tubular portion extends through the first attachable element, made of polymer. The flange portion extends as a flange radially on the outer side of the tubular portion on one axial end of the tubular portion. The portion to be deformed is another axial end side of the tubular portion. In the first connecting part the portion to be deformed fixes the first attachable element between the portion to be deformed and the flange portion, which is curved in such a way that the central area is radially drawn along the axial direction on the outer side to form a bent-up area, when the compression load of pre-specified value or greater is applied to the tubular portion in the axial direction.
EFFECT: increased fixity and accuracy of part connection.
