FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: device water drainage of the fractured underlying layers contains a drainage pipe made of seamless stainless steel pipes that passes through a well drilled in the underlying layers. The outer end of the drainage pipe is connected to the ring drainage siphon and valve by means of a connecting device. A lot of water drainage holes are located in the drainage pipe at a distance. A single-acting throttle water damper is installed inside the drainage pipe. Rubber water blocking rings, containing an expanding agent, are installed by means of couplings on the outer wall of the drainage pipe at a distance. The seal is installed between the outer wall of the upper end of the bilge pipe internal wall and drilled wells. The ring drainage siphon, connected to the drainage pipe, is connected externally to the actuator pump and water tank. The device for pouring out of the fractured underlying layers, pump the water from the cracks in the underlying layer in accordance with the principle of a hermetically sealed fluid siphon, so that the softening of the sole of the production of water from the underlying layer is prevented, thus improving the stability of the surrounding rock; in addition, the volume of water removed from the underlying layer is effectively regulated by the installed valve, thus ensuring a constant filling of the siphon with water and preventing entry of air into drilled wells and erosion of the rock layers.
