SUBSTANCE: device contains a rotary drive, a transport tube and a swivel connection. The rotary actuator comprises a main support, a hollow shaft, a drive motor and a tuyere mount. The tuyere attachment comprises a support chute, a locking element, at least one locking mechanism for releasably securing the closure element, a pair of laterally spaced angular elements. Each corner element has a support arm through which the pivot axis extends, the lever arm and the receiving slot.
EFFECT: improvement of the dispersion of the reagent and reduction of the process time.
