SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining a sequence of random binary numbers obtaining uses a random event source - a semiconductor noise diode. An analogue signal is generated which characterizes the occurrence of the mentioned events, the generated analogue signal is processed and converted into a digital form. The time interval is set during which the number of sign variables (0 and 1) is determined. In the received number, the least significant bit is identified and recorded. From the sequence of the mentioned least significant bits, the output sequence of random binary numbers is formed.

EFFECT: increasing independence of the generated sequence of random numbers from the parameters of the noise source and obtaining a sequence of random numbers with given statistical characteristics.
