SUBSTANCE: invention relates to toys. Yo-yo tornado is proposed, which includes two rotating discs and a connecting shaft adapted to connect the rear portions of the two rotating discs, the protruding cylinder provided with a bearing placed thereon is disposed within the rotating disc and is placed in the middle of the rotating disc; rotating cap is located outside the rotating disk and is provided with a portion of the connecting hole extending from the center of the rotating cap to the rotating disk, the portion of the connecting hole being put on the bearing to rotate the rotating cap relative to the rotating disc; outer edge of the rotating cap is provided with a fold which is adapted to grasp the edge of the rotating disk, so that when the yo-yo is held or clamped with the fingers in the forward direction, fingers touch the fold of the rotating cap and, therefore, there is no effect on the rotation of the rotating disc.

EFFECT: increased number of yo-yo control methods, as well as the provision of new unusual movements.
