Wear resistant cast iron with nodular graphite contains, wt %: Carbon 2,8-4,0; Silicon 1,5-3,5; Vanadium 3.0-8.0; Copper 0.2-0.8; Nickel 3.0-5.0; Manganese 0.2-1.0; Magnesium 0.02-0.1; Aluminium 0.1-0.44; Cerium 0.03-0.20; Calcium 0.05-0.20; Boron 0,2-0,4; Niobium 0.5-2.0; Iron - the rest.

EFFECT: creation of wear-resistant cast iron with nodular graphite with high hardness and strength in the cast state, without the use of heat treatment, for operation in shock-abrasive wear to a temperature of 500°C.
