FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: base structure for building culverts includes a frozen peat slab, a heat-insulating layer, a culvert, subgrade soil, and a cooling system. The cooling system consists of heat-conducting pipes made of heat-dissipating plastic, and embedded in the frozen peat slab, connected to the outputs of cold conductors to the surface. A heat-insulating layer is laid between the culvert and the frozen peat slab.
EFFECT: possibility of renewing the base without the major overhaul.
