FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the construction of roads on permafrost soils in their foundations, as well as to protect permafrost soils from seasonal thawing. The method for erecting a motor road on permafrost soils consists in the fact that at the base of the motor road a heat-insulating structure is erected in the form of a hollow slab with an internal honeycomb structure, for the construction of which reinforced fiberglass slabs are used, the lower and upper of which are equipped with longitudinal and transverse grooves for installation in of them are plates of the corresponding direction, forming a honeycomb structure and equipped with through grooves made in them with a width corresponding to the thickness of the longitudinal (3) and transverse (4) plates, and a length equal to half the height of the plate. Longitudinal plates are used with the above grooves, and transverse plates - with the bottom grooves. A trench is torn off with a width not less than the width of the roadway and with deepening into the permafrost layer, the bottom plate (2) is laid, equipped with grooves for assembling the honeycomb structure, longitudinal plates (3) are vertically installed in the grooves with the upper location of the through grooves, then transverse plates are installed in them (4) with bottom slots. The formed cells of the honeycomb structure are filled with heat-insulating bulk material, in particular expanded clay, and covered with a top plate provided with grooves, after which an embankment is poured from local soil (7) for the construction of a roadbed (8).
EFFECT: preservation of the base soil in a frozen state, as well as ensuring the reliability and bearing capacity of the heat-insulating structure at the base of the roadway.
