SUBSTANCE: method for producing a model system based on sunflower lecithin for the determination of free radical oxidation by the concentration of malonic dialdehyde, comprising production of a 10% alcohol lecithin solution, 0.25 ml of the resulting lecithin solution and 5 ml of distilled water, a suspension of liposomes is produced by injection, the resulting suspension of liposomes is added 0.2 ml of 0.05 n of hydrochloric acid and injected with 0.125 ml 3 mM of hydrogen peroxide, heated at a temperature of 38°C for 30 minutes with constant stirring.

EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of determining free radical oxidation.
